About the Job
BLUE, THE VETERAN (to play 30’s): A cross between Aubrey Plaza's dry cynicism & Leslie Jones’ fearless, no-bullshit energy. Blue is Lara's smartphone. She's been around, multiple owners, through many relationships & million of messages. She's seen every late-night text, every bad decision, every breakup, every attempt at self-improvement. Nothing surprises her anymore... Helena Bonham Carter attitude. Super over it and sassy, has her own mind about it, and shows everything in her eyes, smirks, had gestures, posture etc. Shoot Location/Dates: NYC end of October. Dates TBD b/w 10/26 - 10/30. 2 day shoot for most, plus a potential rehearsal. Casting NYC local hires... travel accommodations not provided. Thx!!
